Senior Consultant
Consultants at SGG work closely with SGG’s principals and focus on delivering strategy consulting engagements. A Senior Consultant can expect to be involved in:
- Facilitation of client team meetings
- Creating business valuation models and using them to drive deep insight into our clients’ business opportunities
- Presenting the results of their work to client teams and executives
- Teaching and developing new IP both with clients and internally
Our project teams are small and fast-moving and, as such, require that each member take a leadership role in one or more areas of project delivery. We put a very high focus on personal development so you can expect to learn and grow fast. You should be comfortable with a very interactive style of consulting working closely with the client team members.
Your qualifications should include 2-3 years of strategy consulting experience. You need to have the ability to think creatively and delve deeply into business issues. Facility with standard business software, particularly Excel™ and PowerPoint™, is required. An advanced degree in business, decision sciences or engineering is preferred. A background or exposure to Decision Analysis and/or Game Theory, or experience in oil and gas, would be a plus.
Remuneration is competitive with potential for both performance and profit-based upsides.
