As a result, the client grew twenty times larger in two years and is now the clear leader with a dominant market share, continuing growth and industry-leading profitability.
  • Strategic Partnering and Competitive Risk: We helped a Fortune 50 company faced with difficult strategic partnering choices and challenging competitive positions in global opportunities worth billions of dollars. Strategic Gaming helped to creatively structure strategic alternatives, evaluate them, and develop a bold strategy and tactics for engaging joint venture partners, potential partners, rivals, and governmental agencies. As a result, billions of dollars of value were captured or preserved.
  • Innovation and Competitive Risk: We helped a company realize that perceived threats from competitors likely did not warrant high expenditures on innovation, for the risks to the competitors were substantial.   • Negotiations: We helped a major company develop a negotiation strategy and tactics for talks involving licensing and co-marketing agreement alternatives. The approach helped the client teams understand their key leverage points with the other companies, and a dynamic road map of strategies and tactics was developed to guide partner discussions. As a result, the client avoided a deal that could have marginalized its product and could move the discussions to a win-win worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
