2. Strategy Evaluation: Next, we work with you and your team to quantify potential game outcomes from each player’s perspective. This critical step allows your company to anticipate the likely actions and reactions of other players, helping you to understand what strategic paths will be most effective in influencing others and shaping the game.
3. Execution Planning: The process culminates in the development of a dynamic road map that spells out a team’s moves and countermoves under all key contingencies, including tactical details. Our projects are tailored to your needs. This tailoring generally depends on the balance of urgency, complexity and the value at risk. Projects may require only a few days when urgency makes it necessary or when the framing step is sufficient to resolve the issue.
